Product Details

The Vortex 838AZR-35 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket featuring 35 teeth, engineered for optimal power transfer and reduced weight. Constructed from 7075-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, this sprocket delivers exceptional strength while being significantly lighter than steel alternatives.

Key Features:

  • 35 tooth configuration for balanced acceleration and top speed
  • 7075-T6 aluminum construction for maximum strength-to-weight ratio
  • CNC-machined for precise tolerances and perfect chain alignment
  • Hard-anodized finish provides enhanced wear resistance and corrosion protection
  • CAD-designed tooth profile ensures smooth power delivery and extended chain life
  • Drilled weight-reduction holes reduce rotational mass

Vortex sprockets are manufactured to exacting standards and undergo rigorous quality control testing. The hard-anodized surface treatment significantly extends service life while maintaining the weight advantage of aluminum construction. This sprocket is ideal for racers and performance enthusiasts seeking to optimize their motorcycle's gearing setup.

Easy going

great

great prices

I ordered a part for my RV furnace. You shipped it out in a reasonable time, but the part was delayed by the USPS and I received it almost a week after I ordered it. Since it was delayed & I could not wait for it, I got the same part from another place. After I received your part late, I called and requested a return. I was very satisfied with the return process & received notice yesterday that a refund had been issued. All in all, I was very satisfied with your service, but not with USPS.
