Vortex 828CZB-36 CAT5 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 520 Pitch 36 Tooth Black

The Vortex 828CZB-36 is a high-performance CAT5 aluminum rear sprocket featuring 520 pitch and 36 teeth, designed for precision power transfer and reduced rotational mass. This sprocket is engineered from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for optimal strength-to-weight ratio, making it ideal for sport bikes and racing applications.

Key Features:

• 36-tooth configuration for 520 pitch chain systems
• CAT5 aluminum construction from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 alloy
• Black PTFE hardcoat finish bonds to aluminum for enhanced durability and reduced friction
• CNC-machined to precise tolerances ensuring perfect concentricity
• Drilled lightening holes minimize rotating mass for improved acceleration
• Self-cleaning tooth profile design prevents debris buildup
• Significantly lighter than steel sprockets while maintaining strength

Vortex CAT5 sprockets are manufactured to exacting standards and tested by professional race teams worldwide. The black hardcoat finish provides superior wear resistance compared to anodized finishes, extending sprocket life while delivering consistent performance under demanding conditions. Ideal for riders looking to optimize their motorcycle's gearing and reduce unsprung weight.
