Product Details

The Vortex 828AZR-41 is a premium lightweight aluminum racing sprocket designed for 530-pitch chain applications. This 41-tooth rear sprocket combines race-proven performance with distinctive color anodizing for both durability and style.

Key Features:

  • Lightweight CAT5 aluminum construction for reduced rotating mass
  • 100% CNC-machined in the USA to exacting specifications
  • Specially formulated aluminum alloy per Vortex proprietary specifications
  • Color anodized finish resists corrosion and adds visual appeal
  • Vortex patented tooth design increases sprocket longevity
  • Unique Saber tooth grooves for extended service life
  • 530 pitch with 41 teeth for precise gearing options

Vortex sprockets are manufactured using advanced CNC machining processes to ensure perfect tooth profiles and precise fitment. The color anodizing process adds a protective layer while providing bright silver machine-cut highlights that contrast with the anodized finish. This sprocket is engineered for riders who demand both performance and quality in their drivetrain components.

It was great extremely fast shipping

Saia is a horrible freight company. I used to deal with them at my previous job as a shipper. Box had a little damage, paint is rubbed off in a couple areas and swivel wheel assembly was bent. I was able to get it straight. Hopefully it will roll ok once it has weight on it. Not something I would expect for a $1500 item. I had to call Saia several times because I was getting a runaround on the delivery, they kept telling me they would schedule a delivery time. Never did, it showed up at my house unexpected, luckily my wife was still home. Seems like a good product though

Product came in quickly. Fits perfect.

Thanks had a good price on a good item.
