Positive purchasing experience.

Quick

No one informed us that there would be 2 separate packages of 5 each for total of 10 switches. This created some concerns regarding a possible shortage.

Easy to navigate

Was bothered about the shipment coming with a lot of damage to the box and it had foot prints all over it. I reached out with concern and was told I could return it but will be charged to restock/service. This is uncool considering the condition it arrived in from the warehouse or etc.

Glad you had it but shipping charges seemed excessive.

Quick and easy. Hopefully the shipping and arrival are the same.

reasonably priced 2 day shipping was the reason for purchase from your company

Had what I needed
