Product Details

The Vortex 827ZB-52 is a lightweight aluminum rear sprocket designed for racing applications, reducing rotating mass to deliver improved acceleration and more efficient power transfer to the pavement. This 52-tooth CAT5 rear sprocket is 100% CNC manufactured in the USA from a specially formulated aluminum alloy and features blue anodization to prevent corrosion.

Key Features:

  • Precision machined from 7075 aluminum alloy for superior durability and performance
  • Unique CNC-machined CAT5 design with blue anodized finish
  • Unique tooth design increases sprocket longevity
  • Vortex patented sprocket design unlike any other sprocket
  • 520 pitch chain compatibility with 52 teeth
  • 827 bolt pattern for specific motorcycle applications

Aluminum construction provides significant weight savings compared to OEM steel sprockets, resulting in reduced rotating mass that allows for improved acceleration and handling characteristics. These American-made sprockets are manufactured from aerospace-grade alloys and engineered to achieve maximum lightness while maintaining the strength required for high-performance racing applications.

Swift with the orders

You have the shipping option I need

Great product and price. Customer service and communication above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Quick easy and secure

Easy to locate parts

This was the first time I had ordered from Boatplicity, not having come across them in my previous searches for gear. As what I was looking for was a brand name product I selected purely based on price. The purchase process went seamlessly and the two items I bought showed up within a day of each other, both well within the delivery date promised. The items were well packaged and arrived undamaged, and were exactly as I had ordered and expected.

Quick easy great product

Good prices and product availability.
