Product Details

The Vortex 196AZK-45 is a complete 520 sprocket conversion kit designed specifically for 2020-2021 BMW S1000RR and M1000RR motorcycles. This high-performance kit is engineered to reduce rotational weight in the driveline, allowing for more efficient power delivery to the rear wheel and improved acceleration.

Key Features:

  • Lightweight aluminum rear sprocket with 45 teeth, weighing only 9.67 oz (274 grams)
  • Lightened steel front sprocket weighing only 7.27 oz (206 grams)
  • 520 pitch conversion reduces overall weight compared to stock 525 setup
  • Precision CNC-machined from high-grade materials for maximum durability
  • Significantly reduces rotational mass for improved throttle response and acceleration
  • Compatible with optional EK 3D chain and Proti titanium sprocket nuts

Vortex Racing sprockets are manufactured to the tightest tolerances in the industry and are tested on the track with feedback from top professional race teams worldwide. This conversion kit offers a proven performance upgrade for riders seeking maximum power transfer and reduced weight.

Delivery was incredibly quick; it goes out the door very fast, which I appreciated when needing something for my boat.

The armrests were shipped and arrived quickly. Kuryaken is a quality brand sold by Cycleplicity.

Found the part I needed when it was sold out everywhere else. Thank you!

The price on the replacement lids was low enough to handle the shipping charge to provide a fair total price. Thx
