Vortex 195BZK-52 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 52 Tooth Black

The Vortex 195BZK-52 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for motorcycle racing and street applications. Manufactured from 7075 T6 billet aluminum, this 52-tooth sprocket delivers exceptional strength while significantly reducing rotational mass compared to steel sprockets.

Key Features:

• 52-tooth rear sprocket configuration
• 7075 T6 aerospace-grade billet aluminum construction
• PTFE black hardcoat finish for enhanced durability and reduced friction
• Vortex patented tooth design for extended sprocket life
• CNC machined to precise tolerances for optimal fitment
• Lightweight design improves acceleration, deceleration, and handling
• Made in the USA by motorcycle racers for racers

Vortex Racing has been manufacturing premium motorcycle components for over 15 years, with products tested and proven by professional race teams worldwide. The black hardcoat anodized finish bonds directly to the aluminum surface, creating a harder, more wear-resistant surface that outlasts standard anodizing while reducing chain friction. The unique saber tooth groove design distributes load more evenly across the tooth profile, significantly increasing sprocket longevity compared to conventional designs.
