Vortex 195AZB-50 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 50 Tooth

The Vortex 195AZB-50 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for sport and racing motorcycles. This 50-tooth sprocket is precision-machined from lightweight 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, offering an excellent balance of strength and reduced rotational weight for improved acceleration and throttle response.

Key Features:

• 50-tooth configuration for optimized gearing
• CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum
• Blue anodized finish for corrosion resistance and distinctive appearance
• Self-cleaning mud groove design between teeth
• Laser-etched tooth count and Vortex branding
• Precision tolerances ensure proper chain engagement and extended wear

Vortex sprockets are manufactured to exacting standards and undergo rigorous quality control testing. The lightweight aluminum construction can reduce rotating mass by up to 40% compared to steel sprockets, delivering faster acceleration and improved handling characteristics. The hard-anodized surface treatment provides excellent wear resistance while the self-cleaning design helps prevent mud and debris buildup during aggressive riding.
