Vortex 193A-59 520 Pitch CNC Aluminum Rear Sprocket 59-Tooth

The Vortex 193A-59 is a 59-tooth, 520-pitch CNC-machined aluminum rear sprocket engineered for high-performance street and track applications. Built from 7075 T6 billet aluminum, this sprocket delivers a significant weight reduction over OEM steel units, lowering rotating mass for sharper throttle response and improved acceleration.

Key Features:

• 59-tooth, 520 chain pitch — fits 520-size OEM or conversion drivetrains
• 7075 T6 billet aluminum construction — lightweight yet exceptionally strong
• 100% CNC machined — tight tolerances ensure precise concentricity and smooth chain engagement
• Vortex saber-tooth groove design — clears debris between teeth to protect chain and sprocket life
• Available in CAT5 color anodized or black PTFE hardcoat finish — hardcoat bonds to aluminum for a harder, lower-friction surface
• Reduced rotating mass — improves acceleration, deceleration, and directional changes
• Race-proven design trusted by professional racing teams worldwide

The 193A series is designed for 520-size OEM replacements or chain pitch conversions to 520. When performing a pitch conversion, ensure the front sprocket and chain are also changed to matching 520 pitch. Vortex Racing sprockets are manufactured in the USA and backed by a legacy of championship-level motorsport performance.
