Product Details

The Vortex 165ZK-29 is a complete 520 conversion chain and sprocket kit designed for sportbike applications. This kit allows riders to convert from heavier 525 or 530 chain setups to a lighter 520 configuration, reducing unsprung weight for improved acceleration and handling performance.

Key Features:

  • Complete kit includes front sprocket, rear sprocket, and 520-pitch chain
  • 520 conversion reduces rotational mass for quicker acceleration
  • Vortex steel front sprocket with heat-treated construction
  • Vortex aluminum rear sprocket with hardcoat anodized finish
  • High-quality 520 chain with master link included
  • Direct bolt-on installation with OEM-spec fitment

This kit provides an excellent balance of strength and weight savings, making it a popular choice for street and track riders looking to optimize their motorcycle's performance. The components are engineered to work together as a matched set for reliable power transfer and extended service life.

Easy to navigate website, the products we ordered were in stock, and fast order fulfillment!

The paint guns I ordered were less expensive than any other site that I visited. They were right on time with my delivery. Very well done!

Would have gotten 5 stars but product info was not stated correctly.

Very easy to use the site.

Great price and easy ordering

Easy ordering, great customer service experience and fast delivery. My only issue with my order was my product was bent when we opened the package but due to timing of needing the item we had no choice but to keep the product and use it.
