The Vortex 165ZB-51 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket engineered for small displacement motorcycles and mini bikes. This 51-tooth sprocket features 420 pitch chain compatibility and comes in an attractive blue anodized finish that combines style with corrosion resistance.

Key Features:

• CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
• 51 teeth with 420 chain pitch specification
• Blue Cat 5 anodized finish for corrosion protection and distinctive appearance
• Lightening holes reduce rotating mass for improved acceleration
• Precision-manufactured to tight tolerances ensuring perfect concentricity
• Vortex patented tooth design reduces drag and friction
• Electrically coated for enhanced durability and shine

Performance Benefits:

Vortex rear sprockets are manufactured to precise specifications from premium aluminum, ensuring both concentricity and long-term durability. The lightweight construction significantly reduces rotating mass compared to steel sprockets, which translates to quicker acceleration and improved throttle response. The unique tooth profile minimizes chain friction, extending the life of both the sprocket and chain while freeing up horsepower. Commonly used on Honda Grom, Kawasaki Z125, Yamaha YZ65, and other small-bore motorcycles with 420 pitch chain systems.
