Product Details

The Vortex 120BZK-41 is a premium black CAT5 anodized aluminum rear sprocket designed for high-performance motorcycle applications. This 41-tooth rear sprocket combines lightweight construction with exceptional durability, making it an ideal upgrade for riders looking to optimize power transfer and reduce rotating mass.

Key Features:

  • 41-tooth configuration for balanced acceleration and top-end performance
  • CAT5 hard anodized black finish provides superior wear resistance and corrosion protection
  • 100% CNC machined from aerospace-grade aluminum for precise fitment and consistency
  • Vortex signature cupped-down face design reduces weight without sacrificing strength
  • Hardened teeth extend service life and maintain accurate chain engagement
  • Significantly lighter than stock steel sprockets for improved throttle response
  • Electrically coated for enhanced appearance and durability

Vortex Racing sprockets are manufactured to exacting tolerances and are trusted by professional racers worldwide. The CAT5 anodizing process creates an extremely hard surface that resists wear while the lightweight aluminum construction reduces rotational inertia for quicker acceleration. Perfect for street, track, or racing applications where performance and reliability matter most.

I ordered a tire from thmotorsports that the manufacturer had discontinued two years earlier and which I could not find anywhere else, without checking customer reviews first, something I never do. Had I checked reviews first I would never have placed the order as the reviews I read after placing my order were uniformly awful. But rather than call and cancel the order, which was my first impulse, I resisted the urge to do so and waited. A day later, the shipping update said my tire had shipped, so I waited. Another day later, the shipping update said my tire would arrive a day later by the end of the day so I waited. On the appointed day, the tire, exactly the tire I had ordered and which was unavailable anywhere else, arrived at the end of the day, brand new, in perfect condition and I was utterly amazed. Thank you, thmotorsports, I am so glad I did not look at your reviews before placing my order.
