Product Details

The Vortex 120AZK-46 is a lightweight CAT5 aluminum racing sprocket that is 100% CNC manufactured in the U.S.A. from a specially formulated alloy per Vortex specifications. Lightening holes reduce rotating mass, allowing for improved acceleration and throttle response compared to heavier steel sprockets.

Key Features:

  • 520 pitch with 46 teeth for optimal gearing options
  • Saber tooth grooves with unique tooth design that increases sprocket longevity
  • Black anodized finish with contrasting silver machine cuts
  • Made to precise specifications from aluminum ensuring concentricity and durability
  • Reduced weight compared to OEM steel sprockets for enhanced performance

Vortex sprockets are made from aerospace-grade aluminum, providing optimal power transfer and reduced rotational mass. This rear sprocket is designed for riders seeking maximum performance benefits on the street or track, offering the perfect balance of durability and lightweight construction trusted by racers worldwide.

Ordered tires got the product and the timely manner. Very happy.

Saia is a horrible freight company. I used to deal with them at my previous job as a shipper. Box had a little damage, paint is rubbed off in a couple areas and swivel wheel assembly was bent. I was able to get it straight. Hopefully it will roll ok once it has weight on it. Not something I would expect for a $1500 item. I had to call Saia several times because I was getting a runaround on the delivery, they kept telling me they would schedule a delivery time. Never did, it showed up at my house unexpected, luckily my wife was still home. Seems like a good product though
