Product Details

The Vortex 826AZL-48 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for sport and street motorcycles. This 48-tooth sprocket is precision-machined from lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, offering an excellent balance of strength and weight savings compared to steel sprockets.

Key Features:

  • 48 teeth for optimized gearing performance
  • Lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum construction reduces unsprung weight
  • CAD-designed tooth profile ensures smooth chain engagement and extended chain life
  • Hard-anodized finish in blue for corrosion resistance and durability
  • Precision CNC-machined for exact fitment and concentricity
  • Self-cleaning mud grooves prevent debris buildup

Vortex aluminum sprockets are engineered to provide weight savings without sacrificing durability, making them ideal for riders seeking improved acceleration and reduced rotational mass. The hard-anodized surface treatment provides excellent wear resistance while the distinctive blue finish adds a custom look to your motorcycle.

Finding the part was super easy and simple. The only issue I really had was the delay in the shipping. I paid extra for faster shipping and it still took over a week to get to me. When I tried contacting them through the chat I never got any feedback after asking questions just a "let me check that for you" then chat ended. I finally decided to email and then I got a reply basically saying the same thing. Correct part did wind up showing up without tracking update(kept showing sent to warehouse).

Great prices will have to update once I receive the wheels

Very fast shipping with standard rates. I was surprised!

Everything was good except for FedEx it was supposed to arrive on a Thursday but didn't arrive until late Sunday. I needed it Friday so I could move my boat to a new marina.

Great search engine.

Wow, the price was unbeatable and the delivery was quick. The props came in perfect condition, couldn't be happier.

Great stuff
