Vortex 826AZK-45 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 45 Tooth 520 Pitch

The Vortex 826AZK-45 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for 520 pitch chain systems. This 45-tooth sprocket is precision-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, offering an excellent balance of strength and weight savings compared to steel sprockets.

Key Features:

• 45 teeth for optimized gearing ratio
• 520 pitch chain compatibility
• Constructed from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy
• CNC-machined for precise tooth profile and perfect chain engagement
• Hard-anodized finish with zinc chromate coating for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance
• Self-cleaning mud groove design helps shed debris
• Significantly lighter than stock steel sprockets for reduced rotational mass
• Improves acceleration and throttle response

Vortex sprockets are manufactured to strict tolerances and undergo rigorous quality control testing. The hard-anodized surface treatment provides excellent wear resistance while maintaining the weight advantage of aluminum construction. This sprocket is ideal for street, track, and racing applications where performance and durability are essential.
