Product Details

The Vortex 826AZK-40 is a lightweight CAT5 aluminum rear sprocket engineered for 530 pitch chain applications with 40 teeth. This high-performance sprocket is CNC machined from 7075 aluminum alloy for exceptional strength while reducing rotating mass compared to OEM steel sprockets.

Key Features:

  • 100% CNC manufactured in the USA from specially formulated alloy per Vortex specifications
  • Electrically coated for a brighter shine and corrosion resistance
  • Unique tooth design increases sprocket longevity with Vortex patented design
  • Reduced rotating mass allows for improved acceleration and handling
  • Machined of aerospace grade alloys and engineered to achieve maximum lightness and strength

Vortex Racing rear aluminum sprockets are the racer's choice, with their lightweight construction reducing rotating mass and aiding in putting more power to the pavement. The black anodized finish with machined accents provides both durability and race-ready aesthetics.
