Vortex 825AZK-49 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 49 Tooth

The Vortex 825AZK-49 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket engineered for serious riders who demand both weight savings and durability. This 49-tooth sprocket is precision-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, offering exceptional strength while reducing rotational mass compared to steel alternatives.

Key Features:

• 49-tooth configuration for optimized gearing ratios
• Lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum construction reduces unsprung weight
• Hard-anodized finish for extended wear resistance
• CNC-machined for precise fitment and concentricity
• Self-cleaning mud grooves help prevent debris buildup
• Designed for 525-pitch chain applications

Vortex sprockets undergo rigorous quality control testing to ensure each component meets exacting standards for tooth profile geometry and hardness. The hard-anodized surface treatment significantly extends service life while maintaining the weight advantage of aluminum construction. This sprocket is ideal for sportbike and performance applications where reducing rotating mass improves acceleration and handling response.
