Vortex 825AZB-54 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 54 Tooth

The Vortex 825AZB-54 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for serious riders who demand lightweight strength and precise gearing. Manufactured from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, this 54-tooth sprocket delivers exceptional durability while significantly reducing unsprung weight compared to steel alternatives.

Key Features:

• 7075-T6 aluminum construction for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• 54 teeth for optimized gearing performance
• Hard-anodized finish in blue for corrosion resistance and wear protection
• CNC-machined from aircraft-grade aluminum for precise tolerances
• Self-cleaning mud grooves help prevent debris buildup
• Reduces rotating mass for improved acceleration and handling

Vortex sprockets are engineered to exacting standards and feature a proprietary tooth profile that reduces chain wear and extends drivetrain life. The anodized finish not only provides a distinctive look but also creates a hard surface layer that resists the elements. Ideal for track days, racing applications, or riders seeking performance gains through weight reduction and optimized gearing ratios.
