Product Details

The Vortex 823AZB-47 is a premium CAT5 aluminum rear sprocket designed for sport bikes requiring 530 pitch chain. This 47-tooth sprocket is precision CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum, offering significant weight reduction compared to OEM steel sprockets for improved acceleration and handling performance.

Key Features:

  • 47-tooth count for 530 pitch chain applications
  • CNC-machined from lightweight 7075 aluminum alloy
  • Blue anodized finish for corrosion resistance and distinctive appearance
  • Unique Saber tooth groove design increases sprocket longevity
  • Silver machined highlights create striking visual contrast
  • Reduced rotating mass for enhanced throttle response
  • Engineered with direct feedback from professional race teams

Vortex sprockets are manufactured to the tightest tolerances using specially formulated aluminum alloys. The CAT5 series features a unique design where the sprocket is first anodized in vibrant colors, then precision CNC-machined to reveal captivating silver accents on the tooth profiles and mounting surface. This combination of lightweight construction and race-proven engineering makes the 823AZB-47 an excellent choice for riders seeking both performance gains and eye-catching aesthetics.

I ordered the end links for quite a bit cheaper from THMotorsports that I was able to find them anywhere else including the manufacturer's website, Ebay & Amazon. I expected the shipping to take a week but within two days I was surprised with a package on my doorstep. So early, in fact, that I wondered what the package contained.

Very reasonably priced

Very quick checkout

The item I ordered had the correct name & part number that I want but a completely different description. I confirmed the part was what I wanted via the chat box. If it indeed turns out to be what the part # and photo says it is them I’ll be a very happy camper as it’s a difficult part to find.

Great customer service...!!
