Product Details

The Vortex 823A-45 is a premium aluminum rear sprocket designed for motorcycles with 530-pitch chain systems. This 45-tooth sprocket features Vortex's patented tooth design that significantly increases sprocket longevity compared to conventional designs.

Key Features:

  • 45-tooth configuration for precise gearing adjustments
  • 530 chain pitch compatibility
  • Lightweight aluminum construction with durable silver finish
  • Patented tooth profile for extended service life
  • Part of the Vortex 823 series for Myrtle West one-piece forged wheels
  • Engineered for optimal power transfer and reduced wear

Vortex sprockets are manufactured to exacting standards, delivering reliable performance for street and performance applications. The unique tooth geometry distributes load more evenly across the chain, reducing premature wear on both the sprocket and chain.

Easy so far

I ordered the end links for quite a bit cheaper from THMotorsports that I was able to find them anywhere else including the manufacturer's website, Ebay & Amazon. I expected the shipping to take a week but within two days I was surprised with a package on my doorstep. So early, in fact, that I wondered what the package contained.

I ordered a part for my RV furnace. You shipped it out in a reasonable time, but the part was delayed by the USPS and I received it almost a week after I ordered it. Since it was delayed & I could not wait for it, I got the same part from another place. After I received your part late, I called and requested a return. I was very satisfied with the return process & received notice yesterday that a refund had been issued. All in all, I was very satisfied with your service, but not with USPS.

Very competitive prices, fast delivery. Would buy from again.

Great, now let’s see if I get the package by the end of the week.
