Product Details

The Vortex 821ZR-45 is a lightweight rear aluminum racing sprocket designed to reduce rotating mass and deliver more power to the pavement. This 45-tooth sprocket features the 821 bolt pattern for aftermarket wheels including BST, Rotobox, and Core Moto Apex-6 applications.

Key Features:

  • 100% CNC manufactured in the U.S.A. from incredibly durable 7075 T6 aluminum
  • Specially formulated alloy per Vortex specifications
  • Silver anodized to prevent corrosion
  • Saber tooth grooves with unique tooth design that increases sprocket longevity
  • Vortex patented sprocket design unlike any other sprocket
  • Bright silver finish with contrasting machine cuts

Manufactured to tight tolerances, Vortex sprockets have a lifespan that rivals some steel sprockets. The precision CNC machining ensures optimal chain engagement and wear characteristics, making this sprocket a popular choice among racing teams and performance riders.

Nice and ez

great

as above

Was very happy to find a website that had this plow wear bar. The bar arrived perfectly in just two days. The bar fits perfectly. It is two sided for longer use. Highly recommend TH Motorsports and will definitely use them again.

Good

The item I ordered had the correct name & part number that I want but a completely different description. I confirmed the part was what I wanted via the chat box. If it indeed turns out to be what the part # and photo says it is them I’ll be a very happy camper as it’s a difficult part to find.
