Vortex 801ZK-48 Aluminum 48-Tooth Rear Sprocket

The Vortex 801ZK-48 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket engineered for lightweight strength and precision. Featuring 48 teeth, this sprocket is designed to provide optimal gearing for improved acceleration and performance on sport bikes and motorcycles.

Key Features:

• CNC machined aluminum construction for superior concentricity and reduced rotating mass
• 48-tooth configuration for enhanced acceleration and throttle response
• Precision-machined to tight tolerances ensuring perfect chain alignment
• Vortex patented tooth design increases sprocket longevity and reduces friction
• Lightening holes reduce weight while maintaining structural integrity
• Zinc coating (ZK finish) provides corrosion resistance and durability
• Compatible with 520-pitch chains (verify fitment for your specific application)

Vortex rear sprockets are manufactured to exacting specifications, ensuring concentricity that reduces drivetrain friction and extends the life of both chain and sprocket. The lightweight aluminum construction delivers less rotating weight compared to steel alternatives, freeing up horsepower and improving overall bike performance.
