Vortex 801AZR-53 CAT5 Rear Aluminum Sprocket 520 Conversion 53-Tooth Blue

The Vortex 801AZR-53 CAT5 Rear Aluminum Sprocket delivers race-proven performance with striking blue anodized styling. This 520 pitch conversion sprocket features 53 teeth and is specifically designed for Honda sportbikes including the CBR600RR, CBR929RR, CBR954RR, CBR1000RR, and RVT1000R RC51.

Key Features:

• Lightweight aluminum construction significantly reduces rotating mass for improved acceleration and handling
• 100% CNC-machined in the USA to precise tolerances for superior concentricity and quieter operation
• Specially formulated aluminum alloy engineered to Vortex specifications for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• Blue anodized finish provides corrosion resistance while adding distinctive style
• Unique patented tooth design increases sprocket longevity and chain engagement
• 520 pitch conversion allows for weight savings over stock 525/530 setups
• Precision-engineered to work seamlessly with 520 chains when converting from OEM pitch

When converting to 520 pitch, remember that all three drivetrain components (front sprocket, rear sprocket, and chain) must be changed to the same 520 pitch. While the smaller pitch offers significant weight reduction benefits, it may result in slightly decreased component life compared to OEM sizing. This CAT5 sprocket represents Vortex Racing's commitment to manufacturing premium motorcycle racing components with uncompromising quality and performance.
