Vortex 767-59 Silver 59-Tooth Aluminum Rear Sprocket

The Vortex 767-59 is a high-performance 59-tooth rear sprocket specifically designed for stunt riding and demanding racing applications. This oversized sprocket configuration provides increased torque multiplication, allowing riders to perform wheelies at lower RPMs and achieve more responsive throttle control for technical riding maneuvers.

Key Features:

• Constructed from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• 100% CNC precision machined in the USA to exacting tolerances
• Silver anodized finish provides corrosion resistance and prevents oxidation
• Vortex patented tooth profile design extends sprocket life and reduces wear
• Approximately 50% lighter than steel sprockets for reduced rotational mass
• Specially formulated aluminum alloy per Vortex specifications
• Two-tone machined appearance created by cutting after anodizing

Vortex stunt sprockets are engineered to withstand extreme abuse while maintaining precise chain engagement. The unique tooth geometry promotes even wear distribution and quieter operation compared to conventional sprocket designs. Ideal for sportbike riders seeking aggressive gearing for stunts, drag racing, or roll racing applications.

Maintenance Note: Aluminum sprockets require regular maintenance for optimal longevity. Clean and tension the chain every 300-400 miles to prevent premature wear. The lightweight construction makes this sprocket sensitive to chain condition, so proper lubrication and adjustment are essential for maximum performance and lifespan.
