Product Details

The Vortex 635-57 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for sport bikes using 530 pitch chain. This 57-tooth sprocket is manufactured from premium 7075-T6 aluminum alloy to Vortex's exacting specifications, ensuring precise concentricity and long-lasting durability.

Key Features:

  • 57-tooth configuration for modified gearing applications
  • 530 chain pitch compatibility
  • CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy
  • Silver anodized finish for corrosion resistance
  • Vortex patented tooth design for extended sprocket life
  • Lightening holes reduce rotating mass for improved acceleration
  • Precision manufacturing ensures perfect concentricity
  • CAT5 anodizing process for enhanced durability

Vortex Racing sprockets are renowned among racing champions for their impeccable tight tolerances and distinctive tooth design. The larger 57-tooth size is popular for stunt applications and riders seeking more low-end torque and easier wheelie control. When changing sprocket size, it's recommended to replace both front and rear sprockets along with the chain for optimal performance and component longevity.

I needed an expensive part for my outboard motor's steering system, several of the internet sellers should out of stock/back ordered. Boatplicity showed the item in stock. I went on chat and was told the item was available. I paid the extra $9.99 for 2 day delivery. I ordered the $2000.00 item Wed. May 15 2024 at 1:00 pm. Fed Ex rang my door bell the next day at 11:30 am. I received that item less than 24 hours from the time I placed my order. That is as good as it gets !
