Vortex 604ZK-33 Motorcycle Chain and Sprocket Kit

The Vortex 604ZK-33 is a complete motorcycle chain and sprocket kit engineered for riders who demand race-proven drivetrain performance. Designed and built by Vortex Racing — a U.S.-based manufacturer with over 15 years of motorsport heritage — this kit delivers the quality and precision used by professional racing teams worldwide.

Key Features:

• Chromoly-steel front sprocket — induction hardened with drilled lightening holes for reduced rotating mass and maximum durability
• Rear sprocket — available in laser-cut carbon steel with an electroplated satin black finish, or aerospace-grade F5 aluminum with black hard-coat anodizing for extended service life
• High-performance chain — Vortex X-ring (Tri-Glide seal) chain featuring three pockets of lubrication per link to reduce heat and friction, providing significantly longer wear life than standard O-ring chains
• Rivet-type master link included for a secure, race-ready installation
• Manufactured to tight tolerances for precise fit and optimal power transfer
• Reduces rotational mass compared to OEM components for improved throttle response and acceleration

Vortex chain and sprocket kits are a popular OEM replacement or performance upgrade option, allowing riders to maintain or fine-tune their gear ratios for improved acceleration and top-end speed. All components are matched to work together for maximum chain and sprocket longevity.
