Product Details

The Vortex 522ZR-44 is a high-quality rear sprocket designed for 520 pitch chain applications. This 44-tooth sprocket is precision-manufactured from high-carbon steel and features a durable zinc plating for enhanced corrosion resistance and extended service life.

Key Features:

  • 44 teeth configuration for optimized gearing ratio
  • 520 pitch compatibility for standard motorcycle chain systems
  • High-carbon steel construction for maximum strength and durability
  • Zinc-plated finish provides excellent corrosion protection
  • Precision-machined teeth ensure smooth chain engagement and reduced wear
  • Computer-designed tooth profile for optimal power transfer
  • Lightening holes reduce rotating mass without sacrificing strength

Vortex sprockets are engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications, providing reliable performance for street, track, and racing applications. The zinc coating offers superior protection against the elements while maintaining an attractive appearance. This sprocket is ideal for riders looking to fine-tune their motorcycle's gearing for improved acceleration or top speed.

Everything went well. I'm not sure why a blower fan would be made with any metal that could corrode and yet that's what happened to the old one that is NOT that old.

Very helpful

Ordering process was straightforward. Shipping was prompt. Product was good. Quality at a good price. I would do business with them again.

Fast easy

shipping was quite expensive

Good website

Easy ordering, great customer service experience and fast delivery. My only issue with my order was my product was bent when we opened the package but due to timing of needing the item we had no choice but to keep the product and use it.
