Vortex 488ZK-50 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 50 Tooth 520 Pitch Black

The Vortex 488ZK-50 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for sport and racing motorcycles. This precision-engineered component delivers reduced rotating mass and improved power transfer for enhanced acceleration and overall bike performance.

Key Features:

• 50 tooth configuration for customized gearing ratios
• 520 chain pitch compatibility
• Manufactured from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• 100% CNC machined in the USA to precise tolerances
• CAT5 black hardcoat anodized finish with PTFE coating for enhanced durability and reduced friction
• Patented tooth design increases sprocket longevity and reduces chain wear
• Saber tooth grooves aid in debris clearing and chain retention
• Lightweight construction reduces rotational mass for quicker acceleration

Vortex sprockets are precision-manufactured to the tightest tolerances in the industry, creating perfectly concentric sprockets that free up horsepower and extend the life of both the chain and sprocket. The black hardcoat finish bonds directly to the aluminum surface, creating a more durable surface that resists wear and corrosion while reducing friction for optimal performance.
