Vortex 485ZB-44 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 44-Tooth 525 Pitch Silver

The Vortex 485ZB-44 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for motorcycle racing and performance applications. This 44-tooth sprocket features Vortex's patented design and precision manufacturing for superior durability and performance.

Key Features:

• 44 teeth with 525 chain pitch for precise fitment
• CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
• Weighs approximately half the weight of steel sprockets for reduced rotating mass
• Unique tooth profile design increases sprocket longevity and reduces chain wear
• Electrically coated silver finish helps prevent corrosion and oxidation
• Signature Vortex design with cupped down face for additional weight reduction
• 100% manufactured in the USA to the tightest tolerances

Vortex aluminum sprockets deliver significant weight savings that improve acceleration and handling response. The precisely machined teeth create a perfectly concentric sprocket that frees horsepower and extends the life of both chain and sprocket. Ideal for road racing, track days, and performance street riding where weight reduction is critical.

Note: Aluminum sprockets require proper maintenance including regular chain cleaning and tension adjustment every 300-400 miles for optimal performance and longevity.
