Vortex 465ZK-46 CAT5 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 530 Pitch 46-Tooth Black

The Vortex 465ZK-46 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for serious street and race applications. This 530-pitch sprocket features 46 teeth and is constructed from lightweight 7075-T6 billet aluminum, offering significant weight reduction compared to OEM steel sprockets for improved acceleration and handling response.

Key Features:

• 530 chain pitch with 46-tooth configuration
• PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) black hardcoat finish increases wear resistance and reduces friction
• 7075-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum construction for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• 100% CNC-machined in the USA to tight tolerances
• CAT5 signature design with weight-reducing cutouts and iconic two-tone machined appearance
• Specially formulated aluminum alloy per Vortex specifications
• Unique tooth profile design increases sprocket longevity

The black hardcoat PTFE finish bonds to the aluminum surface, creating a more durable coating with a lower coefficient of friction than raw aluminum. This finish is both wear-resistant and heat-resistant, providing a longer service life than standard anodized aluminum sprockets. Ideal for motorcycles requiring 530-pitch drive systems, this sprocket delivers race-proven performance with reduced rotating mass for enhanced bike dynamics.
