Product Details

The Vortex 463ZR-42 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for serious riders who demand both weight savings and durability. Precision-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, this 42-tooth sprocket offers exceptional strength while reducing rotational mass compared to steel alternatives.

Key Features:

  • 42-tooth configuration for optimized gearing performance
  • Constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum for superior strength-to-weight ratio
  • CNC-machined for precise tolerances and perfect fit
  • Hard-anodized finish for extended wear resistance
  • Self-cleaning mud groove design prevents debris buildup
  • Lightweight construction reduces unsprung weight for improved handling

Vortex sprockets are engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications while providing the performance advantages that racers and enthusiasts require. The hard-anodized coating extends service life and maintains the sprocket's appearance even under demanding conditions.

Appreciate the quick delivery service

Finding the part was super easy and simple. The only issue I really had was the delay in the shipping. I paid extra for faster shipping and it still took over a week to get to me. When I tried contacting them through the chat I never got any feedback after asking questions just a "let me check that for you" then chat ended. I finally decided to email and then I got a reply basically saying the same thing. Correct part did wind up showing up without tracking update(kept showing sent to warehouse).

Fast shipping works perfectly
