The Vortex 454K-45 F5 rear sprocket delivers race-proven performance and extended durability for high-performance motorcycles. This 45-tooth sprocket features a 525 pitch configuration designed specifically for Kawasaki sport bikes.

Key Features:

  • Lightweight aluminum construction reduces unsprung weight for improved acceleration and handling
  • 100% CNC machined in the USA to Vortex's precise specifications
  • PTFE black hardcoat finish significantly increases wear resistance compared to standard anodizing
  • Specially formulated aluminum alloy engineered for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
  • Unique Vortex tooth profile design extends sprocket life and reduces chain wear
  • Hard anodized with jet-black finish for corrosion resistance and long-lasting appearance

The F5 series represents Vortex's premium aluminum sprocket line, combining lightweight racing performance with enhanced durability. The PTFE coating provides superior wear resistance while the precision CNC manufacturing ensures perfect concentricity and chain alignment. Each sprocket undergoes rigorous quality control to meet Vortex's exacting standards for performance and reliability.

Finding the part was super easy and simple. The only issue I really had was the delay in the shipping. I paid extra for faster shipping and it still took over a week to get to me. When I tried contacting them through the chat I never got any feedback after asking questions just a "let me check that for you" then chat ended. I finally decided to email and then I got a reply basically saying the same thing. Correct part did wind up showing up without tracking update(kept showing sent to warehouse).

Web site was easy and check out was a breeze
