Vortex 452ZK-45 CAT5 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 45T 530 Pitch Black

The Vortex 452ZK-45 is a premium CAT5 aluminum rear sprocket engineered for serious riders who demand the highest quality and performance. This lightweight racing sprocket features 45 teeth and is designed for 530 pitch chain applications, making it an excellent choice for high-performance motorcycles.

Manufactured entirely in the USA using precision CNC machining processes, the 452ZK-45 is crafted from a specially formulated aluminum alloy that meets Vortex's exacting specifications. The CAT5 series features a distinctive anodizing process where color is applied first, then the sprocket is CNC machined to create eye-catching silver highlights on the sweeps, mud grooves, and teeth against a black anodized finish.

The sprocket incorporates Vortex's patented tooth design with saber tooth grooves that significantly increase sprocket longevity compared to standard designs. This unique engineering reduces rotating mass, which helps transfer more power to the pavement for improved acceleration and performance. Built to the tightest tolerances in the industry, every Vortex sprocket undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure perfect fit and reliable operation.

Trusted by racing champions and professional teams worldwide, Vortex Racing components are track-tested and proven in the most demanding conditions. The black anodized finish not only looks aggressive but also provides corrosion resistance for long-lasting durability.
