Product Details

The Vortex 452ZK-38 CAT5 Aluminum Rear Sprocket combines lightweight performance with eye-catching style. This 38-tooth, 530-pitch rear sprocket is precision CNC machined from premium 7075 aluminum, delivering exceptional strength while significantly reducing rotating mass compared to OEM steel sprockets for improved acceleration and handling.

Key Features:

  • CNC machined from aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
  • CAT5 color anodizing process - anodized first, then CNC machined for striking appearance with bright silver highlights
  • Unique patented tooth design increases sprocket longevity and ensures optimal chain engagement
  • 100% manufactured in the USA to the tightest tolerances
  • Specially formulated aluminum alloy per Vortex specifications
  • 38 teeth, 530 pitch configuration
  • Color anodizing excludes sweeps, mud grooves and teeth for a distinctive flash of color

Trusted by racing champions worldwide, Vortex sprockets are engineered for riders who demand professional-grade performance and reliability. The lightweight construction reduces unsprung weight for sharper throttle response and improved power transfer to the pavement.

I ordered a tire from thmotorsports that the manufacturer had discontinued two years earlier and which I could not find anywhere else, without checking customer reviews first, something I never do. Had I checked reviews first I would never have placed the order as the reviews I read after placing my order were uniformly awful. But rather than call and cancel the order, which was my first impulse, I resisted the urge to do so and waited. A day later, the shipping update said my tire had shipped, so I waited. Another day later, the shipping update said my tire would arrive a day later by the end of the day so I waited. On the appointed day, the tire, exactly the tire I had ordered and which was unavailable anywhere else, arrived at the end of the day, brand new, in perfect condition and I was utterly amazed. Thank you, thmotorsports, I am so glad I did not look at your reviews before placing my order.

Have ordered many times They have never disappointed Thank you

Awesome easy to use for tires you know you want, then other sites that waste your time!!

This order went very smoothly and arrived extremely quick. Best price I could find as well.
