Vortex 438ZB-35 CAT5 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 530 Pitch 35 Tooth Blue

The Vortex 438ZB-35 is a lightweight CAT5 aluminum racing rear sprocket designed for high-performance motorcycles with 530 pitch chain systems. This 35-tooth sprocket features Vortex's signature blue anodized finish with contrasting silver machined highlights for an eye-catching appearance.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from premium 7075-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
• 100% CNC machined in the USA to the tightest tolerances for perfect concentricity
• Patented tooth design with saber tooth grooves increases sprocket longevity and reduces chain wear
• Specially formulated alloy per Vortex specifications for optimal durability
• Vibrant blue anodized finish applied before precision machining creates striking silver highlights
• Significantly lighter than stock steel sprockets for reduced rotating mass
• 530 pitch, 35 teeth configuration

Reducing rotating mass in the drivetrain improves acceleration and throttle response while freeing up horsepower. The unique manufacturing process ensures perfect concentricity every time, which extends the life of both the chain and sprocket while reducing friction and drag. Vortex CAT5 sprockets offer a lightweight, high-performance alternative to OEM steel sprockets with distinctive styling that stands out on any sportbike.
