Vortex 435C-48 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 48-Tooth 525-Pitch Silver

The Vortex 435C-48 is a lightweight aluminum rear sprocket designed for high-performance motorcycle applications. This 48-tooth sprocket features 525-pitch chain compatibility and is manufactured from premium 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for an optimal balance of strength and weight reduction.

Key Features:

• 100% CNC machined in the USA to precise tolerances for perfect concentricity
• Cat 5 anodized silver finish with electrical coating for enhanced corrosion resistance
• Patented saber tooth groove design reduces friction and extends sprocket life
• Lightweight construction reduces rotating mass for improved acceleration
• Unique tooth profile minimizes chain drag for better power transfer
• Available with black hardcoat and PTFE coating options

Vortex Racing sprockets are precision-engineered components that have been proven by world-class racing teams. The reduced weight of aluminum construction multiplies performance gains by decreasing rotational inertia, allowing faster acceleration and deceleration. The CNC manufacturing process ensures each sprocket is perfectly concentric, which frees up horsepower and extends the life of both the chain and sprocket.
