Vortex 410ZR-48 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 420 Pitch 48 Tooth

The Vortex 410ZR-48 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for 420-pitch chains with 48 teeth. This lightweight racing sprocket offers a superior alternative to heavy stock steel sprockets, dramatically reducing rotating mass for improved acceleration and throttle response.

Premium Construction:

• CNC machined from 7075-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
• Precision manufacturing ensures perfect concentricity for smoother power delivery and extended chain life
• Strategic lightening holes reduce rotational weight without sacrificing durability
• Clear anodized finish helps prevent corrosion while maintaining an attractive appearance

Performance Features:

• Patented saber tooth groove design reduces friction and drag for better acceleration and deceleration
• Engineered tooth profile extends sprocket longevity compared to conventional designs
• Mud grooves help keep drivetrain components cleaner in adverse conditions
• Manufactured to the tightest tolerances for consistent, reliable performance

The weight savings from aluminum construction is multiplied in rotating components, freeing up horsepower and improving overall performance. Each Vortex sprocket undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it meets their exacting specifications for racing and high-performance street applications.
