Vortex 404ZL-43 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 43 Tooth

The Vortex 404ZL-43 is a precision-engineered aluminum rear sprocket featuring 43 teeth and 520 pitch. Designed for sportbike and performance motorcycle applications, this sprocket offers an excellent balance of strength and weight savings over traditional steel sprockets.

Key Features:

• CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
• 43-tooth configuration for optimized gearing performance
• 520 pitch compatible with standard 520 drive chains
• Hard-anodized finish for increased wear resistance and corrosion protection
• Self-cleaning mud groove design prevents debris buildup
• Precision tooth profile ensures smooth chain engagement and reduced wear
• Lightweight design reduces unsprung and rotating mass for improved handling and acceleration

Vortex sprockets are manufactured to strict tolerances and undergo rigorous quality control testing. The aluminum construction provides significant weight reduction compared to steel sprockets while maintaining durability for street and track use.
