The Vortex 338-54 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for sport bikes and racing applications. This sprocket features a specially formulated alloy per Vortex specifications and a patented sprocket design that sets it apart from other sprockets.

Key Features:

• Constructed from premium 7075 T6 aluminum for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
• 54 tooth configuration for optimized gearing performance
• Lightweight standard aluminum racing sprocket design reduces rotational weight
• Clear coating or anodized finish helps prevent oxidation and adds durability
• Two-tone machined look created by applying finish before cutting
• Available in multiple color options including silver, black, red, and blue

Aluminum sprockets provide significant weight savings compared to steel counterparts, making them ideal for road racing, motocross, flat track, drag racing, and roll racing applications. The 338 series fitment pattern is compatible with a wide range of sport bikes. For optimal performance and longevity, clean the sprocket and chain every 300-600 miles on street bikes and maintain proper chain tension.
