Vortex 3275-16 Steel Front Countershaft Sprocket Sprockets - 16-Tooth 520-Pitch

The Vortex 3275-16 is a precision-manufactured, 16-tooth, 520-pitch steel front countershaft sprocket designed for sport and performance motorcycles. Built by Vortex Racing — a USA-based manufacturer with a track record in professional motorsport since 1995 — this sprocket delivers the quality and reliability demanded by both racers and street riders.

Key Features:

• 16 Teeth / 520 Pitch: Designed for 520-pitch chain applications
• High Carbon Steel Construction: Provides maximum tensile strength and durability under high-load conditions
• Induction Hardened Teeth: Surface hardening reduces wear and extends sprocket life without sacrificing core toughness
• Special Vortex Nickel Plating: Electroplated finish resists corrosion for long-term performance in all weather conditions
• Drilled Lightening Holes: Strategically placed holes reduce rotating mass for improved throttle response
• Precision Tolerances: Manufactured to tight concentricity specs for a stronger, quieter, and longer-lasting drivetrain
• Made in USA: Engineered and produced domestically to exacting quality standards

The Vortex 3275-16 front sprocket is a direct-fit, performance-grade replacement that pairs with any standard 520-pitch chain and compatible rear sprocket. It is an ideal upgrade or OEM replacement for riders looking to maintain or fine-tune their motorcycle's drive ratio.
