Product Details

The Vortex 316K-51 is a high-performance 51-tooth rear aluminum sprocket designed for motorcycles with 520 pitch chain systems. This sprocket is part of Vortex's F5 Hardcoat series, engineered specifically for racing and aggressive off-road riding applications.

Construction and Materials:

  • Precision CNC machined from aerospace-grade 7075 T6 aluminum alloy for maximum strength-to-weight ratio
  • Hardcoat PTFE surface treatment provides exceptional wear resistance and extended service life
  • Black anodized finish for corrosion protection and professional appearance
  • Lightweight construction reduces unsprung weight for improved handling and acceleration

Performance Features:

  • Debris clearing grooves between each tooth prevent dirt and gunk buildup
  • Manufactured to tight tolerances for smooth, quiet operation and extended drivetrain life
  • Lifespan rivals many steel sprockets despite lighter weight
  • Used by professional racing teams and competitive riders worldwide

The 51-tooth configuration is ideal for riders seeking improved low-end acceleration and better control in technical terrain. Vortex Racing's reputation for precision manufacturing ensures this sprocket delivers reliable performance under the most demanding conditions.

Delivery was incredibly quick; it goes out the door very fast, which I appreciated when needing something for my boat.

Very easy to return a mistakenly ordered item

Thanks!!

Package shipped and arrived very quickly at a great price. Only suggestion would be to place the original packaging in an outer package as the box it arrived in appeared to be a little worn.

Easy purchase, the item was shipped and received quickly!

Fast service and delivery

thanks for having this in stock browsed the internet for hours, it was a quick and easy process
