Product Details

The Vortex 255BZR-46 is a lightweight aluminum rear sprocket designed for high-performance street and racing applications. Featuring 46 teeth, this sprocket delivers a precise gearing option for motorcyclists looking to optimize acceleration and top speed characteristics.

Key Features:

  • Lightweight CAT5 aluminum racing construction significantly reduces unsprung weight
  • 100% CNC manufactured in the U.S.A. for precision fitment
  • Specially formulated aluminum alloy engineered to Vortex specifications
  • Patented Saber tooth groove design increases sprocket longevity
  • Blue anodized finish with contrasting silver machined cuts
  • Unique tooth profile unlike any other sprocket design

Vortex sprockets are tested on the track with direct feedback from professional race teams worldwide. The proprietary tooth design and manufacturing process ensure optimal chain engagement and extended service life compared to stock steel sprockets, while the aluminum construction helps reduce rotating mass for improved throttle response.
