Vortex 253CZB-35 520 Conversion Rear Sprocket 35 Tooth Black

The Vortex 253CZB-35 is a high-performance 520 pitch rear sprocket featuring 35 teeth, designed for riders seeking to optimize their motorcycle's power-to-weight ratio through a 520 conversion. This sprocket is part of Vortex's CAT5 aluminum racing sprocket line, engineered for both street and track applications.

Key Features:

• 35-tooth configuration for customized gearing ratios
• 520 pitch design for weight reduction and improved acceleration
• CNC-machined from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy to Vortex specifications
• Black hard-coat anodized finish for corrosion resistance and durability
• Proprietary tooth profile design extends sprocket and chain life
• Precision-cut weight reduction holes minimize rotational mass
• 100% manufactured in the USA to racing standards

Vortex sprockets utilize a patented tooth design that distributes chain load more evenly, reducing wear on both the sprocket and chain. The lightweight aluminum construction significantly reduces unsprung and rotating mass compared to steel sprockets, resulting in improved throttle response and acceleration. When performing a 520 conversion, all three drivetrain components (front sprocket, rear sprocket, and chain) must be converted to 520 pitch for proper operation.
