Vortex CK6388 SSA Chain and Sprocket Kit 520 Conversion 16/43 Tooth

The Vortex CK6388 is an SSA (Super Street Aluminum) chain and sprocket kit designed for high-performance motorcycle applications. This complete kit includes a 16-tooth steel front sprocket (3283-16), a 43-tooth hardcoat aluminum rear sprocket (452AK-43), and a 112-link 520SX3 high-performance chain, providing everything needed for a complete drivetrain upgrade.

Key Features:

• Stock gearing configuration (16/43) for balanced performance
• Front sprocket manufactured from high-carbon steel with induction hardening and nickel plating for corrosion resistance
• Rear sprocket constructed from 7075-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum with F5 PTFE black hardcoat finish
• Drilled lightening holes in sprockets reduce rotating mass for improved acceleration
• 520SX3 Performance Links chain features dual-pocket X-ring sealing system for up to 7 times longer wear life versus standard O-ring chains
• PTFE coating on rear sprocket provides added lubricity, keeping the sprocket cleaner and extending service life
• Precision-machined components ensure proper concentricity and optimal power transfer
• Ready to install kit requires no chain cutting
• Includes rivet-type master link (clip-type also available separately)
• Made in Japan to the highest quality specifications

Vortex chain and sprocket kits are engineered for riders who demand superior performance, durability, and reliability. The reduced rotational mass improves throttle response and acceleration, while the advanced X-ring chain technology ensures long-lasting performance even under extreme riding conditions. Ideal for street, sport, and performance applications.
