Vortex 841AZL-38 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 530 Pitch 38 Tooth

The Vortex 841AZL-38 is a lightweight aluminum rear sprocket engineered for high-performance motorcycles with 530 pitch chain systems. Featuring 38 teeth, this racing sprocket delivers the perfect balance between acceleration and top-end speed for sport bikes and performance motorcycles.

Key Features:

• 100% CNC machined in the USA from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy
• Specially formulated alloy per Vortex specifications for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• Anodized finish prevents corrosion and oxidation while providing a distinctive appearance
• Patented tooth design with Saber tooth grooves increases sprocket longevity
• Lightweight construction reduces rotating mass for improved acceleration and handling
• Iconic CAT5 design with machined faces and signature two-tone appearance
• 530 pitch compatible with standard heavy-duty motorcycle chains

Vortex aluminum sprockets are approximately half the weight of steel counterparts, making them the choice of racers in road racing, motocross, flat track, and drag racing applications. The reduced rotating mass improves acceleration, deceleration, and directional changes. For optimal performance and longevity, maintain proper chain tension and cleanliness every 300-400 miles.
