Vortex 225EZR-41 CAT5 Rear Sprocket 41 Tooth

The Vortex 225EZR-41 is a high-performance CAT5 rear sprocket featuring 41 teeth, engineered for serious riders who demand durability and precision. Manufactured from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, this sprocket offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio that significantly reduces rotating mass compared to steel alternatives.

Key Features:

• 41-tooth configuration for optimized gearing performance
• CAT5 construction using aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum
• CNC-machined from solid billet for superior accuracy
• Hard-anodized finish for enhanced wear resistance and corrosion protection
• Self-cleaning mud grooves to prevent debris buildup
• Precision tooth profile ensures smooth power transfer and extended chain life
• Lightweight design reduces unsprung weight for improved handling and acceleration

Vortex CAT5 sprockets are designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications while providing the performance advantage of reduced weight. The hard anodizing process penetrates deep into the aluminum surface, creating a durable barrier that resists wear from chain contact and environmental exposure. Each sprocket undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure perfect fitment and long-lasting performance in demanding riding conditions.
