Titan Tire T80426120016FP Flat Proof Industrial Tire

The Titan Tire T80426120016FP is a flat-proof (foam-filled) industrial pneumatic tire engineered for demanding off-highway and industrial applications. The FP (Flat Proof) designation indicates the tire cavity has been filled with a cured polyurethane compound, permanently eliminating the risk of flats, blowouts, or pressure loss from punctures and sidewall cuts.

Key Features:

• Flat-Proof Construction: Polyurethane foam fill replaces air entirely, providing zero-downtime performance in puncture-heavy environments such as construction sites, scrap yards, and industrial facilities
• Pneumatic Tire Profile: Retains the tread pattern, flexibility, and shock-absorption characteristics of a conventional pneumatic tire while eliminating pressure maintenance
• Consistent Performance: Fixed internal support maintains constant deflection throughout the tire's service life — no pressure checks required
• Heavy-Duty Bias Construction: Built to Titan's industrial-grade standards for durability under continuous load cycling
• 12-Inch Rim Fitment: Designed for equipment using 12" diameter rims, common in skid steers, compact utility equipment, and industrial material handling applications
• Reduced Maintenance Costs: Eliminates flat tire repair downtime and the associated labor and replacement costs

Titan Tire Corporation is one of North America's largest manufacturers of off-highway tires, producing industrial, agricultural, and OTR tires for OEM customers including John Deere, AGCO, Case IH, New Holland, Caterpillar, and Kubota. The T80426120016FP flat-proof tire is suited for applications where operating in debris-laden or hazardous terrain makes conventional pneumatic tires impractical.
