Titan Tire T51615625 OTR Outrigger R-4 15-625 16-Ply Tubeless Aerial Lift Tire

The Titan Tire T51615625 is a heavy-duty 15-625, 16-ply OTR Outrigger R-4 tubeless tire purpose-built for the aerial lift and construction industries. Designed as a premium directional tire, it delivers outstanding stability, traction, and long service life across demanding worksite surfaces including asphalt, concrete, gravel, mud, and sand.

This tire is offered in an HBR (High Bead Ratio) configuration — a patented innovation that features a shortened, stiffer sidewall while maintaining the standard outside diameter. The result is reduced tire deflection and superior stability, making it an ideal choice for aerial lift equipment with a high center of gravity.

Key Features:

• Directional R-4 tread pattern with extra-wide lug design for excellent wear characteristics and superior traction in mud, sand, and gravel
• Stiff sidewalls and flat contact surface with wide shoulders for maximum ground contact and stability
• Chip and cut resistant rubber compound engineered to withstand extreme worksite environments
• Thick sidewall protector and rim guard defend against cuts and rim damage from foreign objects
• Flat profile tire design provides increased stability for aerial lift applications
• 16-ply (Load Range H) construction — two ply heavier than most comparable construction tires
• Tubeless (TL) construction; may also be fitted with an inner tube (sold separately)
• Load Index 167 / Speed Rating A1 (rated up to 3 mph)
• Overall diameter: 40.74 inches
• Black sidewall (BSW)

The Titan T51615625 OTR Outrigger is a widely recognized OEM tire of choice for JLG and Genie aerial lifts, and is compatible with numerous models in both product lines. It is sold individually — wheels are not included.
