DBA DB2207XP Xtreme Performance Rear Brake Pads

The DBA DB2207XP Xtreme Performance brake pads have been engineered for drivers seeking high initial bite and friction consistency from low to high temperatures. The XP range is designed for heavy duty applications where higher friction levels are required to safely brake under extreme conditions.

Key Features:

• Semi-metallic carbon fiber friction material for superior stopping power
• G-G Class Friction with 0.45 average coefficient of friction from low to high temperatures
• Optimal braking consistency up to 550°C (1022°F)
• Chamfered edges to reduce noise, vibration, and harshness during braking
• Slots for temperature stability and debris removal
• Premium dual-layer elastomeric shim for superior noise dampening
• Scorched friction surface for faster bedding-in and reduced green fade
• Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) for better cold friction effectiveness

DBA recommends Xtreme Performance brake pads for street performance and police pursuit vehicles, club track days, heavy towing, and upgraded 4WDs. For best stopping performance, DBA recommends pairing these pads with T3 slotted 4000 & 5000 Series rotors. This is a rear brake pad set that replaces the previous DB2207 part number.
