DBA DB15147XP Xtreme Performance Front Brake Pads

The DBA DB15147XP Xtreme Performance (XP) brake pads are engineered for drivers demanding high initial bite and exceptional friction consistency across a wide temperature range. Designed specifically for front axle applications, these performance brake pads feature a semi-metallic carbon fiber friction material that delivers race pad-like stopping power while maintaining optimal braking consistency up to 550°C (1022°F).

Key Features:

• Semi-metallic carbon fiber friction material for superior heat resistance
• G-G Class Friction rating with 0.45 average mu from low to high temperatures
• Scorched finish for fast bedding and immediate performance
• Maintains stable friction at extreme temperatures up to 1022°F
• Race pad-like friction levels for aggressive braking applications
• Designed to pair perfectly with DBA 4000 and 5000 Series rotors

Applications:

• Street performance and police pursuit vehicles
• Club track days and racing applications
• Heavy-duty towing operations
• Upgraded 4WD and off-road vehicles

DBA's XP brake pads are the result of exhaustive research and development, tested extensively on street, off-road, racetracks, and dynamometer testing. Each brake pad kit includes pads for one axle (two rotors). For optimal stopping performance, DBA recommends pairing these XP pads with T3 slotted rotors from the 4000 or 5000 Series. The XP designation in the part number suffix identifies these as DBA's Street Performance line, ideal for heavy duty applications where higher friction levels are required to safely brake under extreme conditions.
